“Exceptional Leaders asks questions to gain insights, sets direction, puts the right people in the right positions, and ensures resources are allocated to the highest priority, while engaging people to stretch beyond what is comfortable to maximize results. And doing it ethically.” This is the definition I have come up with on leadership.
